1) The Scriptures:
We belive in the divine inspiration of the Holy Scriptures as originally
given and that today the Holy Bible is the sole authority of information
as to what we believe and why we believe it regarding God and His
eternal purposes with and for humanity.
We believe the Holy Spirit causes God's Word to be living and active
enabling it's creative power to be released in peoples lives.
2) The Godhead:
We believe in the triune God who has manifest Himself to the world
as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, each being unique in function yet
one in essence.
We believe Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the
virgin Mary,that He was both the Son of God and the Son of man,
both LORD and Christ, both fully God and fully human.
We believe that Jesus is the exact and perfect representation of
the invisible God in human form.
3) Salvation:
We all peoples are born with the sin nature, and are separated from
God by their sinful thoughts and actions.
We believe that Jesus Christ's sacrificial death on the cross was all
sufficient to fully satisfy the Father's righteous judgment upon sin.
We believe that God is not willing that anyone should perish and has
made provision for everyone to receive forgiveness of sin through
the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe everyone can be brought into a right relationship with
God through personal repentance of sin and by receiving, through
faith, Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
We believe that a present active faith in the Jesus Christ secures
the Believers salvation.
4) Sanctification:
We believe that the sanctification is a progressive and consistent
work of the Holy Spirit in the life of the "born again" Believer and that
Christlikeness is both the goal and potential of the Spirit filled Believer.
We believe that every "born again" Believer has been given the
spiritual ability to choose obedience to God by denying the passions
of the old sin nature and fully yielding to the known will of God as
revealed in the Scriptures by the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit.
5) The Holy Spirit:
We believe that when Jesus rose from the dead and was seated at
the right hand of the Father in heaven that He sent the Holy Spirit into
the world to draw people to Himself through convicting them of sin,
righteousness and coming judgement.
We believe that upon the initial salvation experience (being born
again) that the Holy Spirit comes to live within the recreated
(born again) human spirit and that He instructs, guides,
encourages and comforts the Believer.
We believe that their is an anointing of the Holy Spirit for service
and ministry available for all Believers similar to that which Jesus
experienced when the Holy Spirit came upon Him while being
water baptized in the Jordan river.
6) The Church:
We believe that the Church, the spiritual Body of Christ on earth
consists of all true "born again" Believers, regardless of
denominational affiliation.
We believe that Jesus' earthly ministry continues today through the
Church, the spiritual Body of Christ on earth.
We believe that the ministry gifts of apostles, prophetic, evangelists,
pastors and teachers have been given to the spiritual Body of Christ
for the perfecting of God's people until the Church matures to the
measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.
We believe that it is the mission of the Church to accurately
represent Jesus Christ, to preach the Gospel to every nation,
and to train up disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ:
7) Jesus Second Coming:
We believe in the literal, physical and soon return of Jesus Christ
to earth in power and great glory.
We believe that Jesus' second coming will be visible to everyone.
We believe that when Jesus returns that He will first catch away His
people to be with Him and then execute the righteous judgment of
God upon all who have refused to accept God's invitation of
salvation by turning away from their sins and accepting His love
through the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe that when Jesus returns the Believers will be rewarded
according to the works they have done while on earth.
We believe it is important for God's people to be ready for Jesus'
return to earth.
8) New Heaven and Earth:
We believe that there will be a new heaven and a new earth where
there will be no sin, sickness or death and the redeemed of the
Lord will dwell with God forever.
9) Revival:
We believe that God's truth endures to every generation and that His
promises of newness of life (Christ-likeness) for His people are
relevant in every generation.
We believe that God's vision for the spiritual Body of Christ on earth
is for it to mature to fullness of the stature of Christ.
We believe that whenever the Spiritual Body of Christ on earth is
suffering through a time of spiritual decline that it is always God's
present will for it be revived.
